Probably not. It pretty much lacks any overarching sci-fi and/or fantasy elements. It'd be like reviewing Azumanga Daioh because there's sometimes a mysterious floating talking cat thing on screen.
Although. now that I'm reminded of it, one thing that could potentially qualify is Haruhi Suzumiya. Not the whole thing, that's way too much to dump onto an already-overloaded queue, but maybe the first mini-arc.
I'd be willing to throw cash at Chuck to polish off Stand Alone Complex's two seasons.
