I agree that it isn't portrayed at all like Cadman is traumatized when dicking around with poor McKay. She's just a jerk toying with him like he's her puppet, that's all. I've seen the reverse, of course, people trying to claim those using other people are traumatized, but let's not go there. Needless to say, I was cheering out loud at this scene. Way to go, Chuck! For once again standing up for what's right.

I definitely agree Rodenberry doesn't deserve the worship he's getting in some circles.
