Well yeah the good guys. Section 31? Probably not. Think about it, Founders die. Jem'Hadar rage out in suicide runs. Vorta tag along but some would survive even if very mournful.

Dominion on both sides of the wormhole is effectively gone.

Possibility Vorta could continue the war without telling the Jem'Hadar or not being told. At the very least the Dominion would be very weakened.
