Intro music from old reviews question

Does anyone know who sings the version of Over The Rainbow from the old Stargate reviews? I have it stuck in my head, but I don't know who sings it & googling it has been maddeningly unhelpful.

Did you hear it on one of the videos currently up? All the ones I poked at with my mouse have the Starget intro.

It's still in the intro for The Movie. As I recall, he used it for the first few reviews of the show as well, before switching to the shows theme song.

Singer is Tori Amos. Took some surfing to find the exact recording; apparently it's something she maybe only plays live, so there's multiple version/recordings from different performances, but this is the one Chuck used:
