TNG Episode Silicon Avatar?

I have no idea if I'm right but I could have SWORN that Chuck already reviewed Silicon Avatar, but it isn't in the episode list. I could be conflating it with my watch-through of TNG but I explicitly remember some commentary on the weirdness of the caves they were hiding in.

He mentioned the episode in the Datalore review, but he hasn't done the episode itself yet.

That is the weirdest thing; did he talk about the episode anywhere else because I feel positive he had more opinions on the Crystalline Entity than was just stated in Datalore

He's likely talked about the concept in videos other than 'Datalore.'
It's a pretty interesting episode so I hope he gets round to reviewing it soon, he seemed to have quite a lot to say about the Crystalline Entity, the Lovecraftian inspirations behind it and the general writing around it.

He has talked about the Crystaline Entity multiple times, and seeing as "Silicone Avatar" is literally half of the entity's entire air time... yeah Chuck has likely referenced the episode more then once or twice. Likely citing the CE as an example of how to nit handle creating a life form, or citing the moral implications of approaching that sort of thing in the context of the universe.

He definitely brought up the Crystalline Entity in regards to world building (and how not to do it) but I can't remember what episode it was. I think it may have been another Star Trek review which also had a poorly thought out lifeform.

The Voyage Home is the main reference to the Entity itself, as a construct. He was comparing it to the equally bad-idea of the Whaliens. (trademark pending)

There IS another where he mentions it as emblematic of Gene's shortsighted worldbuilding. He did also briefly mention the doctor lady in a string of Ahab-isms, as I recall.

The episode DOES appear a lot in reviews, just never graced with full-frontal opinionated analysis. xD

It was Datalore, he criticised Gene Roddenberry's and some of the other Trek writer's approach to world building and creating fictional aliens and monsters.
