Does Chuck source Trek review scenes from the dvds or avi rips?

Just curious about the legality, as I can see it being very tempting to edit from rips (being far easier than clipping parts of scenes from a dvd). Though I guess it's a moot point since there's a 99.999% chance that he owns all series on some form of legit media.

Well he can't be using DVDs or Blus for Star Trek Discovery, because there aren't any (no legit ones anyway). I assume he has a CBS All-Access account and screencaps scenes from streamed episodes.

You don't need to know where he gets his clips from.
