Hi I hope this is the right category. Anyway the topic is what episodes out of all the Trek series would you change?
I would change prodigial daughter to make it more coherant. (Ex putting the orion syndicate stuff in a different episode and finding another reason for Ezri to come back home)
Skin of Evil change Tasha's departure/death (had an idea how to write her out instead of killing her)
Subrosa: find something better then a ghost.
Don't destroy Enterpsie D in Generations save it for first contact to show Picard how far his obsession with the Borg had gone.

I would apply every one of Chuck's improvements over the years. Rebooting ST: Enterprise, killing off young Kim and replacing him with his future counterpart, making Insurrection a civil war between Enterprise crewmembers, taking away Voyager's reset button - and these are only the ones I can think of off the top of my head. His alternate plots make me sad that I am not living in a universe where he runs CBS.
This is not really faithful to your question, but beyond what I have already written I would have given Troi, T'Pol and Seven actual uniforms.

The problem with replacing young Kim with old Kim is you still have to deal with young Kim for a long time. Kim had plenty of opportunities for development that went no where. Give some weight to his "death" in Deadlock with him not being sure if he's the "real" Harry Kim, make his choice difficult in Non-Sequitur, etc. Why wait till Season 5 to develop Kim?

I initially thought that this'd be a tough choice for me, but it really isn't. The ending of 'Zero Hour' would be the one I'd change. Without even a remote shadow of a doubt.

Well, if it's about Trek in general and not about any specific video review(s), I'd guess it would probably be closer to the Sci-Fi and Fantasy topic.

I would have Maquis in VOY wearing their own clothes and having Maquis attitude. But that would be impossible. Maquis being Maquis would involve the C word.

I'd use or cannibalize for parts most if not all of the changes Chuck's suggested.
In particular: Harry Kim being the only one to remember Year of Hell. Retcon Enterprise out of existence. Have actual conflict and tension on Voyager.
I have some choice ideas for Discovery, too (mostly, "scrap the MU arc and the finale, rewrite the first half of the season from scratch and go from there"), but that'd take forever to explain.

It's less "why wait" and more "they were aware of the problem by that point and had the perfect opportunity to fix it and didn't."
You can't just say "change every aspect of voyager", that's too broad. But pick one or two things that could have corrected the show, made it better. One big choice per season maybe.
My big thing is I would have had the Maquis NOT take Starfleet uniforms anywhere near so quickly. If they'd stayed dressed differently, for a while at least, the writers, directors and actors would probably have played up the strife between crews a little better, rather than dropping it almost entirely by episode 3.
Also, have Neelix leave at... some point. Don't wipe him from the show entirely, because they TRIED something with the character, and that failed, but they didn't know that going in. But have him leave instead of Kes.

I would have made Sela the main villain of
Star Trek: Nemesis instead of Shinzon (hell, Denise Crosby was interested in reprising the role). Instead, I would have made Shinzon a more Gorkon-like character who was genuine in his desire for peace with the Federation (and a full blooded Romulan instead of a piss-poor Picard-Khan clone) and would have sacrificed himself during the film's climax. Would also completely excise the B4 subplot and included Martok as part of the cast.
Regarding Enterprise, I would have done more to setup the founding of the Federation and dropped the Temporal War entirely. The Vulcans would have been akin to The British Empire between the World Wars; a powerful nation that's seeing its power and influence in the known galaxy slowly waning and being overshadowed by some of the "upstart" nations (in this case, humans, Andorians, Klingons, etc.). The Romulan War would have been caused by what was hinted at in Ep 12-14 of S4: the rising influence of humanity and the uniting of various powers, which the Romulans would have feared. Would have also explored the event or events that resulted in the hostilities between the Klingons and the future Federation and the development of the Prime Directive (which Picard hinted at in the ep. "First Contact").
Also, have Neelix leave at... some point.
I always thought he should have left in "Fair Trade," when they reached the point where Neelix was unfamiliar with the territory.

STV: "Threshold"...
It doesn't have to be infinite speed. Make it ten times as fast as Voyager's top speed and you get rid of some of the plot holes.
Don't call it evolution, just call it a mutation. In fact, Trek, never use the term "evolution" in a story again without the approval of a high school science student. This would have saved you some grief come "Dear Doctor."
Focus more on the body horror aspect, and let McNeill do more of that acting stuff. And he's in pain, and his body is adapting to any drugs or sleep-inducinator the Doctor uses to alleviate it.
Give him a co-pilot the Doctor cannot save (either Ensign Reddy McShirt dies or is permanently left a slime mold or whatever). Have Paris flip out and accuse the Doctor of not trying hard enough, and later confess that he was more scared for himself than anything else. He's faced dying in battle, but not this slow degeneration. That also explains why Voyager doesn't use the technique to get home faster, because after even a year's travel using the new drive they'd all end up in beakers.
No newt babies. Just. No. I'll allow Tom to adopt a newt if he really wants to feel the joy of newt parenthood. Janeway can't decide on its care, but can give it a combadge if she wants.
Have Paris lament that it was all for nothing, and have Janeway remind him that sacrifice without gain is a given risk with exploration. But leave Tom shaken at the end.
Enterprise...
Put Gar and Judith Reeves-Stevens in charge of the writing from day one. And give Alton Brown a cameo as "Chef."
TNG: "Masks"...
Opening credits. 40 minutes of commercials. Closing credits.
