Dunno if we have any One Piece fans here but for a long time I suspected that Burgermeister Meisterburger may have been an inspiration for Wapol.

Pretty sure Winter Warlock is the the inspiration for Ice King of Adventure Time too.

This was delightful. It always was my favorite of the Rankin Bass stop motion specials. I even made a point of watching it a couple weeks back.

Minor error at the end. The Life and Adventures of Santa Clause isn't in the same continuity as their other Christmas movies, it's a standalone (and reasonably faithful) adaptation of a children's book from the turn of the century.
