It's a Jungle Out There!

So it's been speculated that each Trek franchise has a song that simply comes about from the time that the show came about. What about the movies though? Randy Newman's "It's a Jungle Out There" came out in 2003. Right after Nemesis and not too soon before Star Trek (more or less!). So why that song??
