Doing some Google-Fu, the song also appears at the end of "The Death of the Incredible Hulk" with Lou Ferrigno. The movie lists the song as "And Something Ends" by Chris Forde. The answer is correct. Someone knows the name of that song. Many people in the production staff knew the Name. Composer of that Song probably earnt a royalties cheque and knows the Name.

It's "And Something Ends", by Chris Forde and it's incredibly hard to find at all online. The only "good" copy I got by so far, can be found here: youtube.com/watch?v=uOTv6aegekY in a bootleg-soundtrack of "The Death of the Incredible Hulk" with Lou Ferrigno, which uses it as part of it's ending theme. I think Chuck may be the only source of a good copy of the song at this point in time and I would suggest contacting him personally.
