Death Wish review

Forgive me if this had already been done, but I really love this episode, and Chuck's review is equally excellent. The Q feel absolutely in character here, in fact, in some cases more than they do in TNG and DS9. With the sole exception of Q going after Janeway, which one could argue is just him still trying to bribe her, and messing with her head.

This episode's biggest crime as a severe lack of Charles Bronson.

Something that always bugged me about this episode is that, even though Q are not necessarily omniscient, they can travel through time. So technically, they should have no issue finding out what life after a Q dying or killing himself would be like.

Unless death is like a dimension that's akin to the Outer Gods and their verse in the Cthulhu Mythos. Just from analysis, you can conclude the Q are 26th-dimensional beings. But the outerverse in the Cthulhu Mythos is a level past all concepts of concepts, like death, life, time, space, anything.
