Voyager already had its worst episode... Threshold. The one where they break the warp barrier and "evolve" into lizards.

If it's going to be an X-Files episode, it should be something like Space or The Jersey Devil (promise us the Jersey Devil and you give us a naked woman?) or El Mundo Gira (promise us the Chupacabra and you give us a telenovela version of the Creepshow grass.) or even Tesos Dos Bichos, with the killer cats.
