Why is the Force always so under-used? So many instances where simply using the Force would've made things so much easier or outright ended the plot five minutes in...

The guy running away and suiciding? Force Pull/Force Lift, guy can't fall to his death. Force Persuade: "You want to tell me who your leader is." (instant game over)
Obi-Wan getting overpowered by two non-magicians? They both grab his outstretched arms... FORCE PUSH! They can't possibly hold a tight enough grip on his arms to not fly right into the next wall and be knocked out immediatly. And even if not: Force Lift. What are they gonna do? Flail around impotently in mid-air?
Obi-Wan facing off against Vizla. Well, it's pointed out. Non-force user with essentially a force saber? Yeah ok, he can fight a regular duel, but Obi-Wan has much better reflexes, move much faster, can (and does finally) Force Push him around, but could do so much more and much faster and so on and on and on. I mean... FORCE GRIP and drag the darksaber out of his hand...
They throw their missiles at Obi-Wan to distract him... Well, up to this point it was never shown that a Force-user can suspend blaster bolts in mid-air, but they certainly can catch and grab and throw objects, you know, like sub-sonic missiles. They announce their intent to fire the missiles? Force Grip and laugh your arse off because their missiles explode in their backpack, obliterating them. And even if you can't react fast enough, Force Grip them in midair and either drop them to the floor, let them fly Force knows where and to whom it may concern or deflect them right back at their sender.
Vizla tries to run away. Force Grip. Game Over for the entire arc.

Especially if you take Rebels and The Mandalorian into account. Beware of outside actors who are giving you everything you ever asked for, because chances are they only care about their agenda and not yours.

I'd like a bit more of a limit on what Jedi can do with the force, too often they're just too unstoppable without another Jedi, so things have to get a bit contrived (and it makes fights against them usually tedious because there aren't really any stakes). Why do we keep seeing enemies flinging forces at them that they know won't do anything? TBH I prefer game Jedi, where there have to be more limits (other than the fact that the player isn't really a Jedi so doesn't have Jedi reflexes) in order to create a challenge.

I like the idea of the Mandalorian pacifists. The idea that the Mandalorian Warrior Culture is something that had this bunch of slave races that did all the non-warrior stuff and they eventually overthrow the warriors. I mean, that's happened multiple times in history. I also like it as a rebuttal to Karen Travis' glorification of warmongering.

The thing for the episode 7 spoiler, wasn't Kylo whole deal is that he is amazing at using the force but kinda medoarce at using a lightsaber. That his master and the fandom deem him a failure since he isn't good at what is honestly should be like fighitng with their less dominant hand.
