Is a 24-48 hour response time for spam floods good enough? For those of us that sort by "Active Topics," it's particularly bad to let things go that long. Unless phpBB suddenly gets a better antispam subroutine, more mods is a good idea.

Sure. I think the trick of it though would probably be avoiding the debaters in the mosh pit because sooner or later forum drama would break out, and nobody wants that.
