I've got broken images for most of the smilies on this editor, whenever I try to connect to a page on this site there's a 50/50 shot I get a 504 error, and is it down or just me seems to think the site is down...

So I am not only one who has encountered this problem then.

Seems to be an intermittent issue, probably a server load problem.

Not fantastic, but it's not atypical for shared hosting.

Count me as number five. While I've been on hiatus, I have occasionally checked back here, and it's really just... poor.

Me sixth. 505 errors and increased load times.

My computer is handling the forum slowly, my phone hates it. Absolutely refusing to load.

It's been especially bad in the last 15 minutes. Right now there's no one else browsing the forum - so unless something about the phpBB install has the server in a huff for some reason, it's more than likely a different website on the shared server is responsible for the issues.

Is there any way that this issue could possible be fixed or is this site and those of us that use it going to suffer from this issue for now on? I mean it's important to be able to use site without getting 504 errors so often or any other problems in that matter.

Any hosting service migration is going to have teething pains. Hopefully this is something on the order of one support ticket.

Typically a webhosting company can be held to an uptime guarantee. Based on our reports, the effective outage time has already exceeded what would be expected from a server with 99.95% availability... I've seen at least two 504s today.
