Been trying to figure out if Rey is going dark. The one thing I note is that the outfit she's wearing in the final shot of the trailer is the same one she's wearing when she meets Luke (Look at the collar). However, her Jedi Robes (The ones she has on when being Tortured by Snoke) are something she wears later on in the film going by what information we have at present. So I am going to guess that offer (If it happens as shown) is somewhere in the late second act early third act.

Could be a vision/flashback it seems to be in the same environment in which Luke crawls out of the rubble of his academy, so that might not be the literal Kylo Ren she's talking to.
