On a scale of Banana to Trombone this scores a question mark. As I do not know what it is. Or what it has to do with being an Orca or a Commander.

I also don't know what the letters in ORCA stand for. So that might be retarding my uptake.

my user name is a bit of an in joke with the old guard of the command and conquer modding community. You were close with banana though. Its an avatar ripped out of Homeworld Cataclysm's game files. what we have there is a Kushan Carrier with the kith manaan symbol over it. however they are not in their standard color. they should be green instead of blue

Hair is simultaneously heavily gelled and messy, hat does not properly cover head, eyes are too long vertically compared to horizontal, missing nose, arms are too short, bow tie looks weird, promotes smoking, rectangular eyes, lack of pupils, ambiguous gender, impossible hair color.
