Florida Social Media Law and the Disney Exception

Yeah it's Disney+ related:
In a Friday interview, Republican state Rep. Blaise Ingoglia, a bill sponsor, said the exemption was passed to make sure that the Disney+ streaming service "isn't caught up in this."
I honestly wonder if the legislators know the difference between a streaming service and a social network.
Experience teaches me the answer is "No".

If they did, Facebook would've been shut down already as they're clearly a Publisher, not a Platform (under law and action).

A friend of mine from Florida said that Trump wanted to legalize offshore drilling everywhere but the only time that DeSantis ever rebelled happened immediately after when he ran to the White House and demanded that he make a Florida exception.

Why?

Said friend said that the Mouse or the crazy swamp people out of Fallout would have no hesitation killing either if their tourist traps or swamps were endangered.
