Not that I'm aware of. What are quantum fibres supposed to be, what established part of quantum theory are they a part of?
Admittedly my knowledge of quantum mechanics is pretty limited (although not precisely zero), so without further information I might accept such as the basis of explanation for something observed in a particle accelerator or astrophysical measurements, but I'll default to cynicism when it comes to an association with the supernatural and operate on the assumption that someone is trying to use scientific terms to lend undue credence to what they're saying as being by far the most likely explanation - extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.

Wile I have no reason to think they aren't, I am not certain the source on that claim is reliable and I forget exactly what video I heard this on anyway.

Also, I think statements along the lines of "the supernatural would violate the laws of physics." are at least, hyperbolic, because magic supposedly has rules of what it can and cannot do.
