Despite the BBC clearly doubling down, the fact that he is a he is enough to get me to give it a chance again. I haven't watched a single episode of Jodie Whittaker's run out of pure spite and I never intend to. Although saying that, I would also need to be convinced that the Nameless Child is or will be retconned. Polishing a turd is not enough, I want it gone from my floor thankyouverymuch.

My money is and always has been on the BBC doubling down with a black lesbian even before I read the Olly Alexander news. I'm just reporting the rumour. My biggest opinion mistakes with BBC and Doctor who

2.Missing characters and their fates (ex heaven sent/hell-bent could have had Leela show up or at least mentioned)
3.Letting Michal Grade screw the program up
4. Colin's tv "regeneration"
5. Adding romantic relationships with the doctor and whoever.
