This is for topical issues effecting our fair world... you can quit snickering anytime. Note: It is the desire of the leadership of SFDebris Conglomerate that all posters maintain a civil and polite bearing in this forum, regardless of how you feel about any particular issue. Violators will be turned over to Captain Janeway for experimentation.
The way society is organized at the moment, we have no choice but to blame men for bad behavior. If we allowed men to act like unrestrained horny animals, all hell would break loose. All I'm saying is that society has evolved to keep males in a state of continuous unfulfilled urges, more commonly known as unhappiness
I do partially agree. I mean hominids have been evolving for at least 6 million years and civilization is at most 10,000 years old. I think the main reason sports and gaming are popular among men is it gives them a way to channel these urges into something much less destructive.
The reason I bring up the strip is that you can agree with someone on one point, but disagree on others and just because someone is wrong in one respect doesn't mean they are wrong in every respect.
And I'm sorry for what I said on this thread, two but it still goes too far, Some would say Nat Turner was a hero just on virtue of being a rebel slave leader. No, he was a child murdering piece of shit.

Sports provide a definite outcome of conflict between multiple sides based on a shared protocol of conduct. Not everything in life is afforded such resolution.
