Mirror Universe's counterparts are not always as skilled or as competent as their Prime Universe Counter Parts and from what little Chuck showed of her Mirror Janeway seemed more like Scorpia from the She-Ra reboot she might be a little to nice to deal with Prime Janeway. Still, going by the Scorpia analyzes she might be able to worm her way into Janeway's heart but leaves her when she sees just how lost Prime Janeway is thus this would likely end up as a draw. MJ would likely walk away alive and PJ would go on killing but this would be a massive blow to MJ's emotionally.
