Wraith (Stargate) vs. Borg

Post by Yukaphile »

A bit more clear-cut. The Wraith aren't super-cosmic beings like the Ori, but the Borg HAVE shown a vulnerability to organic technology before, like with Species 8472, who seem to be souped-up versions of the Shadows by way of the Vorlons. That being said, I kinda think the Wraith would win the war, but who knows. Maybe the Borg would win via techno-magic - it IS Star Trek, after all. :D

Borg will win. The Wraith have shown no particular natural advantage with their organic ships outside their ability to heal.

I am pretty sure the Borg can assimilate the Wraith and their ships. They may struggle with Borg Wraith need to feed, but a Borgified Hive Ship would be super impressive.
I got nothing to say here.

I don't know. I always felt organic technology was their Achilles heel, though that may be more headcanon.

Only Species 8472 gave them problems. We don't really have any other examples of that assumption.

Though that episode where Voyager found those snot nosed Borg kids I forgot if that was a virus or something organic introduced to the Borg. But doesn't matter, because the Borg cut off that Cube once they were infected.

Wraith tech can be interfaced with 21st century computer tech. Perhaps by that point there may have been some upgrades to computer tech not available to commercial sectors. But still.

If the Tauri can, so can the Borg.

Of course, Species 8472 could blow up planets, tbf.
