If you look at the timelines, Clone Wars actually jumped around quite a bit. There's a bunch of season 2 and 3 episodes that predate the first episode of season 1, (and the movie that introduced Asoka) its just not as obvious because they're not formative like they were for the clones where it was super clearly an origin story. The last episode of season 1 is in the middle of season 3. Then season 2 the chronological episode order is something like 1-2-3--17-18-19--4-5-6. Season 3 is all over the place. By season 4 they stabilized though and I think it was all in proper sequence except for one or two remaining odd bitsTrinary wrote:Despite the fact that the Clone Wars never had any other episodes that took place before other already seen episodes. It was mostly sequential. Still strikes me as weird. Because I guess we're suppose to have bonded with these characters enough that we would want to see where it all began?Antiboyscout wrote:They are clones. Echo and Droidbait are already very unoriginal names, repeats are to be expected.
But because stand alone campaigns work as one offs, as long as no new characters are introduced or killed they can generally be in any order without really noticing.
