Conservatorships are absolutely not part of the Constitution and should absolutely not be over a woman of sound mind and body nor should certainly be allowed in this case. How would you like it if your abusive father or mother was given control over your body, money, and life and you had no ability to get legal representation?

Imagine in fact that you were of sound mind to get legal representation and then denied it because a court said you couldn't ask.

It's a joke to say this is not a con.

Frankly, I think we should abolish conservatorships altogether. The institution is just too open to abuse and exploitation of this kind and the good it does is outweighed by the harm.
