I know it's technically an outlier, but cases like this make one consider that maybe the institution itself does more harm than good, and whether "reform" is too mild a choice. Dragonball Fan, stay out of this thread.

I had to stop partway through the third chapter on this mess. WTF?

For starters we teach children to not get involved in fights even to break them up. I know I was sent to the principal's office for that when I was seven. You can't teach do not get involved then punish someone for not getting involved.

In either case, perhaps you should look up what the world looked like before the police were invented. Does Mad Max mean anything to you?
