10yr old arrested for a drawing

What color is your skin, btw? Wondering if that might be related.

Shit like this is why I support the ACLU. I don't always see eye to eye with them, but sometimes they are your only friend in the world.
I'm white but i'm disabled the other kid was white and was possibly disabled as well (some of the stuff he did he had to have some problems this isn't stereotyping this is an observation from being in the same classroom for a year with him).

I actually got bit alot in my early elementary school years. I was placed with the 'special ed' students that consisted of Down Syndrome, Birth Defects kids with mental issues and of course the kids that Ritalin didn't cure. I was put in there because as a child I didn't speak unless spoken too, and suffered a bit from a speech impediment. But yeah I got bit too many times.
I got nothing to say here.

I only got bit once. But due to being disabled people looked at me like I was stupid anyway and at the time I didn't have any classes with the severely handicapped students if they even were in reg school considering how people were disabilities were treated back then.

For me, my main classroom was the 'special ed' classroom. So I was there for gym, playtime, and English/writing. But I placed outside that, so I went to other classes during the day for science and math.

I can honestly say I was never treated any different from the regard kids. And I don't remember seeing anything different from the 'normal kids' to my classmates. I think that in that case, there could have been something but in my kid mind didn't know any better.
I got nothing to say here.

I was saying I would like to see this drawing that gets a 10 year old arrested.

Back in my day (lol/sarcasm) you got sent to the principal's office for everything.
Back in my day they took the kid being bullied to the principal for punishment if they made the slightest attempt at self defense and the group of kids who beat the shit out of them in full view of half the school didn't even get a raised voice. And if the bullied kid tried to avoid them by quietly reading in a corner they got punished for being "antisocial". F public school.
...for space is wide, and good friends are too few.

Free for all at my school. It was a rarity to be punished for having a fight - my teachers just did not give a shit. One kid I knew had four fights in a day and nothing happened. Literally on the way to school, during break, during lunch, and on the way home. He gained a lot of respect for that though; his opponent (a vicious pos who is probably now in prison if he didn't get his anger sorted out) never fought him again. Preferred to pick on the weaker kids after that.

Actually, come to think of it, that is very much my take away from school. Bullies pick on the weak not the strong. Punch the one in the group with the gob and 9/10 they will eventually leave you alone even if you do have to take a good kicking first. Words and telling teacher may work for girls, it may even work for boys in a rich school, but in a poor inner-city like I went to? Nah.
