I have no idea. Believe me I know how to use a measuring tape. I checked multiple times, multiple methods. Like to see if the door was modified because the place settled and made the door frame skewed.
It's not.
I will find out when I take the door frame off to replace it.
If anyone id wondering, it was the bathroom door and the door itself is one of those cheap doors that only the sides are solid wood and the rest is pressed cardboard. The moisture just made the panel unglue itself. I could glue it back on. But fuck that. I will replace it.
The place was built in 1968. Years ago I found out the bathroom fan actually went no where. It blew right into my ceiling causing mold.
When I first moved in, the very first thing that had to be done was remove the aluminum wiring due to that is a bad fire hazard. Then replace the windows because they were single pane and during storms they whistled.
Another fun thing was that I found out I did have an exhaust duct for the kitchen but was not connected. Squirels loved to fall into it.
Honestly I want to gut the whole bathroom and start over.
