Honestly, I figured that out years back in 2008 when we had the recession, prices went up and pay didn't But it's still good to know.

I figured that out long ago when reading about profits and the wages of their employees.

It still amazes me that there are so many people who think making the owners richer somehow will end up making themselves richer.
