Maybe...but we now have "Prodigy" coming up with a holo-Janeway guiding the group that finds the Starship, so maybe if Chuck reviews that series Psycho-Janeway could be transferred there.

As a hologram, Janeway with the body of an entire starship will finally have the firepower she always craved.

Well, I requested "Allegiance" several years ago, so I'm hoping that'll show up soon, after the current string of restorations.
Considering the long queue and wait, I'm assuming most TNG episodes have been requested by now.
