IQ is at best measure of one's access to education, which in a world of deeply uneven resource allocation means wealth.

You've got that statistically backwards at best, and the key point of your statement is wrong. Education doesn't affect IQ, quite the opposite, IQ limits the degree of education a person can successfully attain. While there are lots of deficiencies that have been discovered that can lower IQ, and addressing them can at best reverse and more often prevent IQ loss, no method has ever been discovered to raise IQ other than practicing the type of problem given in particular tests - and those gains very rapidly diminish without practice, returning to the individual baseline.

Adoption studies have repeatedly shown that IQ correlates more to environment than to anything genetic. Someone from a poor family raised by a rich family will match more with the latter than the former when measuring IQ.

Earlier I said that at it's best IQ is largely a measure of wealth, and now we can see IQ at its worst due to someone with a strong belief in IQ being confronted with that fact. The belief in IQ as a mostly fundamental part of the psyche caused by DNA is basically modern day phrenology.

Again for a third time, seems like a non-issue to me, especially since US media having a black doctor has been a thing since the 90s. Heck one of Denzel Washington's early breakthrough roles was playing a doctor on the medical drama St. Elsewhere in the 80s.
