Star Trek: The Next Generation Interactive VCR Board Game
I have played those types of games. I kinda meant an RPG where the 'DM' was a character from Trek like Martok and semi interacts with you.

VCR games in the 90's can really only be played a handful of times before you just bullshit.
If I recall it was also the premise of the fmv game on cd, that it was a holodeck RPG hosted by Gowron.

Another excellent s3 outing with this one getting their visit to DS9 as right as can be hoped for in under 30 minutes. Yes I wanted more cameos, but given how little time they had I'm more than happy with what we got.

Aye, enjoyed that one too. Gave a good nostalgia hit but worked well even without that.

I'm rapidly falling in love with Tendi :)

Yeah that was a really great ep for Tendi.

I also really appreciate that in a really packed episode they took some time for a quiet momemt of Kira watching the wormhole given it all the things it means to her.

It was nicely done, even if it was really just a few seconds. On a show with this kind of pacing, that stands out.

It was a great episode.

My own thing was that I really didn't recognize Shimmerman's voice as Quark. I know we are talking about nearly 25 years between this episode and DS9, but at times it just didn't sound like him. Not a gripe. Just something I noticed where I started to think they used a different voice actor for Quark.
I got nothing to say here.

I noticed that about Kira as well. I think the direction might have something to do with it, though; they were both doing a lot of talking in that faster, louder, more high-octane Lower Decks style a lot of the time, which is a lot different from the way they usually talked on DS9.

Agreed that it was a great episode. I actually laughed quite a few times with this one. Only thing that really rubbed me wrong was the constant bickering between Kira and Shaks, which seemed way too out of character for Kira to be enjoyable.

I found it harder to recognise Kira's voice than Quark's.

Whilst I somewhat know where you're coming from with Kira and Shaxs I think it was appropriate for Lower Decks, and didn't seem out of place for a less serious view of DS9 that fits in with Lower Decks.
