Has Anyone Noticed This About Leads in Lycoris Recoil

So, I just finished Lycoris Recoil and I gotta say that I found it to be really enjoyable, the characters are fun, the action is creative and energetic, the villains are a lot of fun and the two leads should really just kiss already... What?

But something I've noticed that I've not seen anyone else mention. It's been made clear that one of the major villains of the series, Majima, is clearly a Expy of the Joker more specifically Heath Ledger's Joker from The Dark Knight. He's design, his voice and hair color are all meant to emulate Batman's most iconic villain which is not a criticism I myself often use Expies of other characters in my works as I find the idea fun of finding a way to have characters from different series play off each other (for example having Lara Croft and Sam Nishimura go up against Hans Gruber only Hans in TR is a Dictator instead of a thief with a different name).

But what's interesting is that no one seems to be noting that Joker isn't the only Batman character who's gotten a Expy in this series as the two leads both seem to be based on two of Batman's lesser known side kicks, Cassandra Cain aka Batgirl/Black Bat/Orphan and Stephanie Brown aka Spoiler but with a bit of a twist.

Chisato has Cass Body Reading Ability along her "Thou Shall Not Kill" rule along with her being trained since birth to be an assassin until she met someone who showed her the value of life (albeit unintentionally in Chisato's case). However, her personality is more like Steph's as she's outgoing, a people person, a little annoyingly noisy and sassy as Hell.

By contrast Takina is very similar to Cass in terms of personality, general character development and backstory. Like Cass and Chisato she was trained by assassins since birth to be a living weapon but unlike either of them Takina wanted to remain with said assassins and after meeting basically a Superhero with a strict "No Killing" rule she starts to change her ways and becomes more open but still pretty stoic. The only difference here is said "Superhero" is Chisato and not Batman.

Seeing that Majima is obviously Joker are Chisato and Takina also intended to be Steph and Cass?

Yeah I didn't think of this even though I was very into the show and was a long time StephCass shipper.
