Please Say a Prayer for my Dad

Post by Winter »

Sorry to put this on the forums but my dad is in the hospital. He has fluid in his chest and he needs surgery. There's a chance he can recover so please say a prayer for him and for my family. I don't want him to die so close to Christmas and want to him to be okay. So please put him in your prayers.

Hope he gets better, sorry to hear Winter.

I lost my dad a long time ago so I know that feeling well. You all have a friend in me when it comes to such things. Good luck.

My mum had something similiar, water-accumulation in her lungs. She had difficulty breathing and you could literally hear the bubbling in her chest. The doctor she went to, insisted it is nothing and just rustling from some mucus-accumulation, as she appeared to have a cold at the time. If I hadn't refused to drive her to her yoga-course that day (she felt really shitty since a while already and that day she was so weak that she didn't dare drive herself), she'd have died right then and there, literally drowning. Told her, the only place I am going to drive her to, is the hospital, which she refused and insisted on going to her yoga... In hindsight, her brain wasn't working right, due to lack of proper oxygen-supply... The water-accumulation was caused by an infection of her heart-muscle, apparently from a viral infection years ago. It was a wild ride, through several hospitals, rehab centers and operations.

Long story short: I do not pray, but I feel with you regardless and sending all the good vibes I can. I know how you feel.
