This law would allow you to be charged with defamation if you accuse somebody of being transphobic, homophobic, or racist, even if you cite their stated "scientific or religious beliefs".

It's in the legislature. Hasn't been actually implimented yet. I pray to Dionysus it doesn't get enough votes to pass.

Florida is completely controlled by the "we don't govern we just farm twitter engagement" wing of the Republican party. They'll pass it through, complain when the court overturns it, and then call it a job well done.
...for space is wide, and good friends are too few.
