Question: Batman Beyond Reboot Animation Style Painted CGI?

I don't know. I am fairly certain if they did do a Batman Beyond film even like the Spider-Man CGI type they could make money off of it.

I think in this day and age is too keep it inexpensive as possible. Pumping tens of hundreds of millions into it won't do any good. Do strictly voice actors and no big name cameo voices for example.

Probably blem is still studio interference but what can you do.
