An active-duty American soldier just set himself on fire in front of the Israeli embassy to protest the ongoing genocide. One thing I’m curious about is how much consideration Biden has expressed towards Israel with professional/political implication. As far as I know, Israel has always been more of a diplomat affair involving Kissinger or a more international agent of the federal government.
I know Biden sure has more influence than the next guy, but how much control over the situation should we expect from him, and how much has he personally embraced Israel’s policies?
