The one common Captain
Re: The one common Captain
I wonder if all the dog-lovers on Earth were able to laika Porthos on Spacebook.

I wonder who was stuck with that job. Maybe Reed?Admiral X wrote:Probably had someone clean up after him.
Re: The one common Captain
Look we gave him his meds and he's doing much better. Sure he occasionally tells the occasional ambassador to call him your highness but it's a joke now! Totally. Okay look, he may not be a good diplomat... captain.... human being... but he does care about peoples birthdays and that's the most important thing.

I can totally see Archer making Porthos an ambassador to Vulcan, because of racism and being senile.

Nah, because anyone with that job would have probably gotten more character development than Mayweather.Admiral X wrote:Probably had someone clean up after him.
Re: The one common Captain
Mayweather was.... eh at best. Most of the episodes were focused on Trip, T'Pol, and Archer and those three just don't have the same dynamic as Kirk, Spock, and Bones. At best I would say that they were supposed to play the supporting characters like in TOS' Uhura, Scotty, Chekov, and Sulu did. Although, I would say that the TOS supporting characters got more development than Reed, Mayweather, Phlox, and Sato.Xaios wrote:Nah, because anyone with that job would have probably gotten more character development than Mayweather.Admiral X wrote:Probably had someone clean up after him.
Re: The one common Captain
Mayweather was treated more like DeSalle than Chekov, to be sure. At least Enterprise had a regular pilot, unlike the Defiant.

DeSalle the only redshirt (other than Scotty) to not die. Yeah, maybe.
Also, what are you talking about with the Defiant? That wasn't never a show but a ship.
Re: The one common Captain
Specifically, DS9's Defiant. Who's flying it today? Dax? Kira? O'Brien? What are all the side stations for, anyway?
Plus that one should have been at least the Defiant-A already. Then they forgot again and made a newer Defiant-A.
