Critics call it a hack story, very unbelivable, and clearly AI wrote it. Effects were decent but too much editing and quick shots. The acting got a lot of worse, and you can tell the film is full of D list celeb cameos to pretend this is a film. Less substance, and yet, feels overstuffed.

That is exactly the case, when you check the numbers. Trump didn't really gain that much, it's Harris just not getting the votes that made Trump happen again. The real Trolley Problem the Democrats faced was, that they would've and did supply and support Israel in it's ethnic cleansing and mass-murdering. You just can't vote for either with a clear concience, if Gaza or Palestine are an important point to you.

Why does foreign aid exist? Humanitarian reasons, yes of course partly, but it also makes those countries grateful to you. I once saw a meme that went along the lines of ''every time America comes to our country we get a lecture, every time China comes to our country we get a new road.''

We can quibble on the details of what China is asking for that road, but a lot of people just don't care.

America has held the position of the world cultural zeitgeist for a long time. The rest of the world watched American films, ate American burgers, wore American jeans and thanked America for its generosity. I'm sorry to tell you all this, but China and India especially are competing with America in these markets now. The petrodollar is dying too so America does not even have that any more either.

Trump's tariffs, Trump's foreign aid cuts, Trump's threats to invade Greenland and Panama, Trump's extreme far right views, Trump associating himself with criminals - these things are not going to Make America Great Again whatever that actually means. They'll make people turn somewhere else.

Trump voters never cared about Ukraine or Russia or Israel or whatever the topic was at hand. It was just about Trump coming in power again. Denial about Project 2025 was just a denial to save face but they knew that themselves.

Trump supporters rely heavily on what they are being told to believe in. That's why you could always tell those who just watch those channels when they parrot same talking points and always struggle to defend their position once confronted.
