Well, Measles is making a comeback, so we might expect infant mortality to spike up again too under this regime.

Among others. The amount of people who grew up before the vacinnes is dwindling fast where they won't or can't tell the story of seeing their school get decimated by polio or other disease that one year. Or burying baby brothers and sisters after a couple of weeks of life. Or having their seven siblings gleventually get dwindled down to only two siblings before they turn 18.

Trump Finds Another Country to Accept His Mass Deportations
Amid the fury over Trump’s deportations to El Salvador, the administration just deported someone to Rwanda. And no, he’s not from there.
Rwanda... A country in the middle of Africa. That is where they are sending a refugee from Iraq.

It just hurts my mind to try to find any logic in this.
It's OK to make mistakes as long as you don't make the same ones. If you do then you're not learning.

In fairness, Labour stopped that immediately upon coming to power but I do accept the point.
