None of which has to do with the primary education and despite the efforts of the government. The public school system is in shambles and the college system functions in large part as for-profit businesses since government support for education has become loan sharking. People think they will be poor and die if they don't go to college? So they do everything they can to get college educations?Slash Gallagher wrote: ↑Fri Apr 27, 2018 6:19 amSo if they hate education like the Nazis hated the Jews why are college enrollments so high?CharlesPhipps wrote: ↑Fri Apr 27, 2018 5:52 amNone of which has to do with the primary education and despite the efforts of the government. No, part of the real tragedy is that many people don't get the skills that will provide them a way to survive in the current job market or there is an abundance of candidates for too many jobs. Teachers, lawyers, and so on.
Not all education translates to moolah, sadly.
