My personal choice would be some variation of "Bunny Cat is a Dick".
Do you think there would be enough demand for Sfdebris T-Shirts/ other merchandise?

I had been exploring it previously. Unfortunately, Wayfair v. South Dakota has put the brakes on everything while the issue is sorted, as I can't afford the time or expense of trying to handle the state tax issues, so I need to ensure that any situation exempts me from potential legal problems. That makes a back burner project into a back in the cupboard project.

I hadn't even heard about that law, from what I could gleam yeah that would screw over your profits. That is unfortunate, it would be nice to have merchandise to show off one's support of the show and it would be good to have that additional revenue stream for you.SFDebris wrote: ↑Mon Aug 20, 2018 4:22 pm I had been exploring it previously. Hopefully it gets resolved to a point where there is profitable for you.
As a aside when I read Wayfair V. South Dakota I had a pause where I thought "huh I thought he lived in Illinois, Kansas ,North Carolina or maybe.... Wisconsin.
US states kind of confuse me, they all start to run together to me.

Don't think of the United States as a country, it's more a very complex military, economic and political alliance. The Federal government acts to smooth out disputes between them and interact with the world as a whole (states don't make treaties with France, for example). Each state has their own taxes, laws, courts and governments.

Its more looking outside in the states differences run together. E.g. what's really different about Wyoming, Massachusetts or Connecticut.Eishtmo wrote: ↑Wed Aug 22, 2018 2:47 amDon't think of the United States as a country, it's more a very complex military, economic and political alliance. Its like for me here in Canada I imagine the central provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba all run together as inseparable in the minds of outsiders.

I originally offered to do some t-shirt designs for him, that's where that Janeway shoulder spider picture came from; it was my initial "proof of concept" I sent to him as just a quick visual to convey my idea because it was his funniest joke to me.
The legality of depicting Kate Mulgrew and profiting off of it was not something he cared to tip his toe into, and I don't know why I didn't think of that in the first place but I know he is correct.
At the time, I had just read or seen something he'd posted that felt gut-wrenchingly sad to me and so that was why I thought to create a graphic for him. I had no idea that he would later use it with the Alien sound byte as an intro to videos, that came as a complete shock to me as he never mentioned it. I still have the original illustrator file and I made some alternate versions that I thought were well improved upon feeling that if he was going to use my artwork then I wanted the best version I could do viewed and not that (in my opinion) early prototype that was never intended to be anything but a "hey, this is what I've done so far; what do you think?"
So that's how that came about, and then last December he said he'd be doing some mini reviews tolerable for YouTube's standards and asked if I was interested in doing the artwork for those and I said yes.
I think he'd want some original artwork based upon his own original ideas like this one he had for a sci-fi cowboy he called Duke Neutron that I also made some concept sketches of, but that was a couple of years ago now and he's been busy with life ever sense. I feel it, and I hope that I'll be able to continue making the artwork for him no matter where I get stationed. He has the artwork ready for a number of other min-reviews ready, I won't put the artwork up on deviant art so people have it to look forward to when he's ready. He said he initially planned to have a new one ready every 2-3 months but again life happens. I've just tried to make sure he's not waiting on me to have the artwork ready, seeing as he hasn't put a new one up since the beginning of the summer I know he has plenty to last for awhile as I find the time and inspiration to create more new ones.

At one point I had created some PSN style trophies based upon the awards of infamy given to various episodes. Mr. DeBris was kind enough to thank me on my initiative but had no use for them at the time. He had mentioned he might find use for them here. If he decides he might have some purpose for it after all, I'm pretty sure I still have them. A lot has happened in 4 years.
