Does the Doctor who special with the possible missing episodes with the praise be to TIE Joke still exist?

One of my favorite SFDEBRIS specials is for some reason the Doctor who Special where he talks about the possible locations of missing Doctor Who episodes.

Specifically how he talks straight laced about a secret African rebel cell importing British tv shows as a cover for their operations.

I found it was a nice episode to rewatch.

The thing is unless I'm a idiot, it doesn't look like it was brought over in the most recent server migration.

Is it still up on the site somewhere and I'm just oblivious, or was it lost in the migration?

Any help would be appreciated.

Possibly, I was under the impression from my memories that it was a followup to the two parter you just linked

I'm pretty sure it's up there, but in either case, I am in fact working on a project on the side that will expand upon the situation, to delve into the TIE issue.

It is a very out of date list now though. (But still good).
