Facts are stuff that can be verified, or blindingly obvious shit to anyone with basic, grade-school knowledge of human psychology or even the attention span to pay attention to and remember what people say.

For example, when I say that Kavanaugh is a lying scumbag who lied nonstop throughout his hearing and is certainly beyond reasonable doubt lying when he claims that he didn't try to rape Christine Ford? That's because he's not only may have lied to Congress before and been caught out on it*, not only did he repeatedly make clearly false claims about well-known drinking games and sexual positions during the hearing (such as the terms "Devil's triangle" and "boofing"), not only did he obviously lie about his alcoholism and high school record during the hearing despite hard evidence to the contrary, he also contradicted his own statements previous to the hearing about his drinking habits and memory of the events.

When confronted with a pathological liar and alcoholic like that, if someone else shows up saying "this asshole raped me" and gives the sort of report a psychologist or trial lawyer expects from a victim (that is, fuzzy memories of surrounding events and then very clear, vivid memories of the incident itself), the believability of any denial is laughable.

In a similar vein--anyone who seriously believes that Amnesty International, a non-for-profit NGO, is controlled by agents of the Democratic Party leadership or the DNC, is flatly ridiculous, not just because there are no unusual financial or political ties between the groups, but because AI was more than happy to call out the Democratic President during politically turbulent times while Obama faced a hostile Congress, which a party arm simply wouldn't do, making antiboyscout's claim not only baseless but also patently ridiculous. I mean, shit, if you really need that much evidence that ridiculous statements are ridiculous, go to Snopes and ask them to do the heavy lifting.

You know rules about Due Process and Hearsay are for criminal courts, not a job interview for the highest judicial position in the land, right?
And there's a big reason for that. If a court proceeding goes against you, in criminal court, you can be jailed or even executed. You can lose your rights and your life can be ruined.

If a confirmation hearing goes against you, the worst possible thing that can happen is you don't get the job. And, based on his behavior, Kavanaugh would then throw a temper tantrum about it because he feels the world owes him success.
