I shall adress the rest of it like usually do. I can wait a whole week with it considering how low board trafffic actually is.

Right. Here's the first problem: if Trump wasn't an ass hole (your words not mine), or a non-asshole Republican was president, the Republicans wouldn't have as strong a Media disadvantage. It may be a shock, but people like seeing jerks getting taken apart.

Second, because of national security and other secrecy, you can't simply have everything be broadcast 24/7. Third, it would be boring as all hell, and could only be improved by being edited.

Editing isn't exactly a solution. If the government edits it, people will say it's a weak publicity stunt. If people (media, activists, etc.) edit it, clips will be able to be used to drive the narrative, which is bad because all you're doing is providing ammunition.
