As bad as any Muslim jihadist.

Someone really needs to sit him down and tell him he's doing Christianity wrong.

"Love thy neighbor. Do not hurt anyone and if they try to hurt you, let them. Also, give up all wealth."

"What is this non-Christian heresy?"

Shit, I was raised with Christian ideals, even went to church, once even found the idea of explaining Biblical feats with science offensive, yet I was kind-hearted, and always kind of shy, and I think, I turned out okay. I wanna help the world, and I get mad at injustice, and I have a clear moral line, which includes, "Don't make other people believe like you," "Touching others against their will is wrong," "Don't steal unless it's to survive," "Treat others like you wanna be treated," and "Don't kill unless it's in self-defense," among others, lol.

Much like Islam, the vast vast majority of evangelical fundamentalist Christians let alone mainstream Christians are not evil nutjobs. However, there's always the guy who hides behind religion and tries to say why "I want to do this horrible shit" is justified due to X interpretation.

It's not even about religion in the end. It's about power.

If those are the principal guidelines you learned from your raising, then you weren't raised with christian ideals. Remember, Christians are people whose core rule book commands them to kill people for doing magic, the same book that is happily telling you, that it's fine to kill all males and non-virgin females of a society your people conquered in war, while the virgin women are yours to keep and sell and treat.
