I'm a bit confused. Why did Chuck just release a Mini-Review of this one, when he's already got a full-sized review of it on the site?

The second half of the mini reviews go more into his thoughts on the episode.

The mini's are also youtube safe, meaning they're not likely to come down any time soon.

All of the minis are on episodes he's already done. He releases them alongside other videos, being on stuff he's reviewed before they're easier to make, and he edits them to be youtube safe by taking out any clips from the show.
