That's true, but it's still true that agents of a foreign power might not be obvious. If you try to exclude people living in hostile nations you might just make them change their names.

I had an other idea. Strengtenning honor culture.

People can choose to participate in closed debates that are political. 2 against one, one on three, one on 5 etc.

You can have the features of the regular political subforum before but after certain time all other political content from the sub gets erased therefore givcing incentives to better debaters and creating a culture of honor and pride instead of dog pilling, witch hunts and fake simulated emotional trauma postionning for moral higher ground.
