Seems Gridfire is capable of planet busting. It's literally described as an infinite type energy that lies at the end of the universe. And Effectors can manipulate the minds of numerous alien species that probably think in different ways. Full genetic reprogramming. Yeah... suddenly, the Borg are seeming very outclassed here.
