I first smoked weed in '99 or '00. And actually never got drunk until 00/01 school year.

I see your chronology as misleading.

California doesn't exempt for personal belief in anti-vaxxer pseudoscience.

So do West Virginia and Mississippi.

Two states that have dealt with large scale disease outbreaks and do not have time for this shit.
